Hi everyone, I've been gone sometime because my XJ has been out of commission. She's finally ready to breath again and is always there to help. I remember there being a list of oil filters that fit into the XJ. I want to say they were truck size? I tried searching, but the terms "oil filters" & "parts list" didn't get me anywhere but sidetraked. Anyone remember this?

Motocraft FL1a. Much larger then stock and made on the same line and with the same filter media as Napa Gold. They are also dirt cheap at Walmart.

Depends on the year, some are metric thread and other are in inches.

In my '96 and '00 I used the Napa Gold 1085 with the 4.0's. Napa Gold filters are made by Wix.
