P0720 code won't go away

2001 jeep Cherokee 4.0l, I'm getting a p0720 code, I replaced both input and output speed sensor on the side (green sensors) of the transmission with sensors I know work and I'm still getting the code, I checked the wiring and it appears to be together all the way through, as well as any relays or fuses. My question is, is there any other sensors that could trigger this code besides the two I replaced, I'm kinda confused here.

What ring and pinion are you running? What size tires are you running?

4.88 gears on 35x12.50x15 tires

*FIXED* I checked the mail side of the pigtail and the output sensor wire was still taped from the p.o but the wires were broken on the inside. Appreciate the help
