OTC 4000 Enhanced scanner. This was the newest OTC OBD I scanner before everything went OBD II. It also has the adapter for generic OBD II. Domestic cartridge to '97, import to '96. Tons of cables/adapters and it's practically new. If it was used in a shop it wasn't for very long, I doubt you'll find a nicer one. If you grab the Deuce cartridge that will take you to '02.
