Only able to post in SE forum

Hey guys,
I have an issue, don't know if it's because I'm not a paying member or not. I can only post in the SE forum, yet nowhere else. It would be nice to be able to post up in other places on the site.

what other forums have you tried? you should have no problem posting in the OEM and modified tech forums.
