online member app error

i cant seem to fill all teh required fields in the online member app form. all the drop boxes are empty like "state" or "method of payment" so i fill in all the fields except the ones it wont let me and i get a "submission error". underneith it it says i failed to submit a nickname (which of all things i was able to fill that field in) but doesnt mention any of the other areas i was forced to leave blank. is this a browser problem? i have tried on 2 different computers. anyone else having this isssue?
