Older red XJ w/ WA plates...

Just seeing if I could track down the owner of a red XJ I saw Friday night on SE 99th and SE Foster Rd. It was about midnight-1am and I was sitting in a cop car waiting for a tow truck to come get a car that had crashed into the barrier there. The XJ was red, had Washington plates, bout 3"-5" lift, and an aftermarket roof rack on it. I swear the driver looked right at me (I was sitting in the driver seat of the cop car), and I continued to stare at his Jeep as he drove by. Just wanted to let you know it was a sweet looking rig.

I JUST saw the same red XJ coming home from PDX airport. It has an aftermarket rear bumper with tow points, and the roof rack, really tinted windows, and a spare tire on the back with red rim. If i had a piece of paper, I would have written a note as i drove by.

I could be off on the timing. I was darn near asleep (I know, that's really reassuring). Chances are if you saw a cop car, ton of flares, and a Hyundai sitting at about 97/Foster, it was you I saw.

kid went to my high school last year..sounds like his so far.....like a 95, definatletly older body style? warn front bumper, rear bumper with spare tire, roof rack, and wildcat exts, DARK ASS TINT? ?

Theres also a guy that lives on about 143rd/Powell with a really nice white XJ. Another really sweet looking white XJ with WA plates at 88/Fremont. And I saw another green XJ with an aftermarket rack on top and a plexiglass wind deflector on the front of the rack. Looks sorta weird, but still a sweet rig.

Can ya tell I notice XJ's a little??

yeah, sorry. i am usually pretty good about it but sometimes it slips.....
no DD, i (and him) go/went to Lincoln (no, im not loaded, NO, most of the school is not, just the Forest Heights kids).

I'm a senior currently playing football........if anyone cares, we are in the semifinals for the first time in 50+ years. Hopefully after the season i can get out and maybe do some runs with you guys, but for the next 2 weeks, every waking moment is thinking about state championship. I was going to join Naxja until i saw you had to be 18......but this May for sure.

btw, is there anyone younger then me (17) on these forums? i havent seen much.....

Hey, glad to hear that someone from PIL is representing! I'm sick of hearing about Central Catholic, Barlow, and all those other suburb leagues. We all know they're hyped up on 'roids anyhow... I myself went to Madison (yes, I know, GHETTO. C/O '03) and we did decent in football my freshman year, but from there on out, we sucked.

We played Madison this year, they finished 0-9...... I gotta say though, i had a ton of respect for that team, they went hard to the very end and it was the last game against the best PIL team.......I can't imagine what that would have been like going into that game.

Instead of making a new thread, I figured I'd post here.

This morning around 11 am in Hillsboro I saw an awesome Grey XJ, possibly a 2000, same set up as crookedxj. It looked really cool. Everything was a dark color so it all blended together, but I noticed the lift, tires, ARB roof rack, and front bumper.

Is this anyone's XJ?

And what is wrong with buying your parts at an aftermarket store and paying someone who knows what they are doin to install them?

Well many say it's a waste of money, but I say it's somewhat worth it. I can honestly say I don't even know how to change my oil, so I'd pay money for someone to install my shizz.
