had some spare time at work lately, so it turned out well that I had the bumper off anyway.

Almost done, still need to put shackle tabs on, add some plate on the top/sides, and maybe more in time.

made new, cut off 3" from bottom, add some to angle up the ends, side protection which ended up being a tad shorter than I'd like.

rather happy with it.

Thanks to JCR I received some tubing to add to this.
Welded it up last night, the lights were on before hand and actually fit perfectly the way they are.

All thats left is to get into work and burn in the D-shackle mounts I got with the tubing. I don't think the 110v Miller has enough to properly weld the 3/4" mounts into the bumper. I will be cutting into the bumper right beside the frame mounts, so that the shackle mounts will be welded to the face all the way around, front and back, and also to the frame mounts... I think that should be strong enough, considering some just weld to the face.

Before pics above, now pics below.

If your missing snow where ever you are, come on up, we have about 2-3 feet of it so far and its not expected to let up for a while. Thats the truck after a night when we were told no snow. Most mornings it has about 6" sitting on it... contemplating buying a beater truck and tossing a plow on it. At $35 a pop, our snow remover is making a killing this year just on us(private road clearing, and 2 drive ways) I actually saw a Liberty with a plow on it this morning.
