I'm not trying to make light of the fact that 3 kids lost their lives...... but I'm quite angered by the fact that these 2 of these kids are considered U.S. citizens, go to a Texas high school, but live across the border.

When I was down in El Paso a couple months ago ther was a Texas Army National Guard soldier shot and killed in Juarez. Fort Bliss (I think that's the base) had ordered all of the Active Duty military to stay out of Juarez. I think it's bullshit. The last time a US soldier was killed near the US/Mexico border this little thing called the Mexican-American war happened. I'm sorry but if our gov't (that's you Obama) would grow some balls we'd be sending in troops to "aid" the Mexican Police in dealing with these terrorists...... umm ...... gang members.

There was a time when people knew not to XXXX with us, where is Teddy Roosevelt when we need him.

Thing is it would be doing good on both sides , the Mexican people need a more responsible task force for dealing with terrorists , call them drug dealers or whatever these guys have more power than the president down there . I call them straight up war lords witch is what they are . A partnership between
the two sides would be the best type of action against an enemy using the sides against each other .

However the typical government stance is a mild investigative effort at that , giving the Mexican government a handful of well trained CIA , ATF , DEA agents to assist with taking down an anti government militant force with more funding than the policia . Also giving the whole situation very little
effort has been done to let the public know that the problem is being taken care of in any means they can . I'm sure anyone that has kids living in southern Arizona would like to know that the governments
best trained boys are on in it like a bonnet .
