As far as I can tell this is the way it's going to be now. Had a few abusers, and a few complainers about the abusers so this is what the BOD came up with. I personaly feel (was a victim I might add) that the whole thing is just was a waste of The Powers That Be's time, and liked thinking of ways to make it funny.
