Alright Ladies and Gents, its time for some snow wheeling!

When: January 2, 2010- 9:30am
Where: Mormon Emigrant Trail


Rig Requirements: Tow points front and rear, fire extinguisher, battery hold down, tow straps (no hooks please!), lots of warm cloths, and make sure your s*** dont su**!





This will be a day run. We are going to meet at the Safeway off Highway 50 and Sly Park Road at 930am. Try not to be late, but we will wait for people as long as we can. Plan is to hopefully be on the trail by 10am.

Leaving at 6:30 seems fine to me, but Im in winter ski mode, so getting up early and driving for a couple hours seem perfectly normal to me.

I'm thinking about heading up from San Jose. We could probably meet up in Livermore around 6:45AM and caravan out.

I said day run and the wife said yeah sure whatever...might need to have someone drive up behind me because I'm not going to make my brake lights or turn signals work. At this point, probably not going to do the seats or t-case either.

all nighter for heated seats if thats whats required...

I have a tow rig, and can probably borrow a trailer from B-Rad for the day if we ask nice.

Just please remember the simple REQUIREMENTS:

I think the only thing that really matters are tow points are a must! I would hate to leave a rig in the snow till spring! :wave:

Also if you are on stock sized tires and you have tire chains, bring them!! If you have not seen Slonopotam Bald Mt. video from a few years back, you should, you can really see how well chains help:

this sounds like fun .But difine s**dont su** . Def of my sh** is limited rear at31's and D rings front and hook in rear hitch . How may people are bring the family or am I about to hook up with the wong goup and menality .My family ranges from 10 month's to 35 years old .Im trying to feel the crowd out
