oem tire carrier

I've got a stock tire carrier, the one that only mounts to the bumper. Missing outer bracket(Hatch Mount) $25

any idea how hard it would be to fab up a replacement bracket?

shouldnt be that hard. I have the old one, but I hacked it up in an attempt to make a bracket that would mount to the bumper instead of the hatch

it should work at most you would just need longer studs.
