o2 sensor brand preferences?

Hi all,
decided it is time to put a new 02 sensor on the jeep. Before I go shopping, though - anyone have opinions on brand? Rockauto.com is showing Denso to be cheaper than most, which is odd, since it is an OE supplier to Japanese brands... are their parts for US cars just as good?

My favorite is NTK. They used to be the supplier of oxygen sensors for Jeep.

Some have had an issue with Bosch; has to do with very slight differences in the heater resistance values.

Thanks for the info. I'll see who our suppliers carry and go with them.

Never had any troubles with Bosch on any vehicles that i've replaced o2 sensors on.

Make sure you get an exact fit. Don't waste time with the "universal" ones.

Alot of univeral 02 sensors require the installation of wiring connector and do not perform as well as the stock replacements.
Several owners of Hondas and Acuras that I know have tried the universal O2 sensors since they were cheaper and have ended up purchasing the direct replacement Denso 02 sensor for better control of the air/fuel ratio, but then again these are supercharged and turbocharged engines.
Personally I have had good luck with Bosch for the Jeep.

I bought the direct-fit NTK sensor from RockAuto; it was the cheapest option I found, and seems to work fine. I wouldn't worry about Bosch, Denso, or NGK anything, though. I've had nothing but good luck with those brands so far.

I got my denso oxygen sensor from amazon.com for about the same price as rockauto(same part number) but I got free shipping. I love rockauto but sometimes the shipping kills it for me.
