i applied for a job at a place i was told i had a connection in said it was almost a sure thing
it would have x4 my monthly income ... just got a email this morning saying i didnt get it
good thing i have the day off so i can drink heavily while dreaming about lifting the xj lol

I was there just last week!!!!
Should be awesome.... they have a couple things closed down (tube rides), and the wave pool was ridiculous. HAVE FUN!!!

Paul's motors in Vancouver. I've bought several from him. For a Russian rebuilder he does some good work. The last one I bought was an 01 with less then 60k on it for $3500.00. I actually bought it before he repaired it so I seen the damage. They replaced both passenger doors and welded in a rocker section. By the time it was done the battery was bad so he put in a new one and had it fully detailed.

Thought I blew the transmission again, so a call to AAA, got me a flatbed tow to my house

Where I contacted the transmission shop in Oregon city that just did a full rebuild on the nv4500 trans and also Resealed the transfercase back in June. (almost $2k)
I was sure some epic failure had occurred. So I loaded it up on the trailer with my buddy's help and nicks winch

Got a tow from orangejeep (aka little nick) all the way down to Oregon city I was dreading how to unload the truck with the shops tight quarters and no reverse...
Shop tech walks out and checks everything out, runs in and grabs a screwdriver and I shit myself. He informed me the trans is fine. I broke the plastic box (aka shift tower) that holds the shifter in place on top of the trans. Witch is also the cause for the sudden trans leak I developed last week..

$70 part. Are you kidding me? LOL
