**NWChapter Random Thoughts Thread***

I couldn't imagine living in the PNW and have a Jeep with no doors. Heck when I go to work sometimes in the morning now my heated seat it on, and sometimes the heater.

Now my summer Jeep will have a soft top, and removable doors. But hey it will probably only get driven in the summer.

Up in till the time came to remove my Wrangler from street use. I drove it daily with no doors or side canvas all 4 seasons.

As soon as I get it street legal again, it's on like donkey kong.

lol I have driven the fj40 with the windsheld down in a rain storm down the hiway at 55-60. I was wearing safety glasses.

About 10 years ago my dd for a winter was an xj with no windshield, front doors or hatch. It was bright yellow 4cyl auto Lincoln locked front and rear. Rain drops hurt at 60

Drove my M54A2 550 miles home through the night in thunderstorms... no roof, 52mph redline 5th... yeah that was one of those character-building experiences I don't need to repeat.

31's + stock gears + steep hill + towing 4000 lbs = bad gas mileage
