That looks like the tundra, where temperatures can drop as low as -24 on any given day. Or it looks like a scene from Fargo !!!

I also see a bottle of ketchup, A bottle of vegetable oil, one last piece of pumpkin pie (still in the pie pan)...a bag of Doritos, and of course the empty beer bottle and peanut butter.....i'm also surprised no one has commented on the fact the dog is BETWEEN his legs.
