NW Rainfest '06, Whos underwater?

Sorry Matt, The powers that be have determined that everything is going to be fine. So no Linda Hamilton-less, Dantes Peak-esque Rescue caravan needed but thanks anyways. I walked out to the dike 150 yards north of my house this evening and snapped these pictures they are ultra low quality and really dont do the volume and speed of the water justice

sorry, didn't mean to hijack the thread from the "locals"..... with my excerpt on rain filled freeways and near death experiences...:explosion to much coffee this morning.

quite odd really - how much I hate you guys.... Phils right, once the septic was gone we had no plumbing so we just took out the toilet and now the family and I crap down a hole in the bathroom floor. And still no leaks.
The big white building is the garage the brick one is the "doublewide"

And yes I do hate you ;)

Dont worry this thread like all other NWC threads will soon degenerate and self destruct, all we need now is a stray reference to Alaska. Ian, Cody, Help me out .

Yup, have seen that also...more often than not. I know we won't keep someone's rig if we don't have room inside for it, dry and alarmed.

Jason, did this happen down in your neck of the woods?

Happened in Lacey. I live in Yelm. Close enough. Not going to get my hopes up for the repairs. Tomorrow morning will try to meet the police at the shop to take some prints. The owner wanted it done, but I have had no way to get to Oly during shop hours.

Luckily, very little water got inside. When the Jeep breaks down, it don't care if the shop is open. So it sat outside. They stole my Oasis deflators, my Code reader, and my tire pressure gauge, in addition to the stereo equipment. I will find out tomorrow what else was taken. I already know that they have left my Shovel, spare tire, Subs, spare driveshaft and the box all of my recovery stuff is stored in.

Later
Jason

Good luck with that. That pic narrows it down to every house built between 1900 and 1920 in Tacoma. ;)

-----Matt-----

I used to deliver mail in Tacoma, I am sure I could find it.

:firedevil

Just saw on the news that Lee's Camp (right next to Brown's Camp) got 13.20" of water in the last 24 hours. Yikes!!! :D
