Noobish Mod related type question

Ended up only doing the front two today. The angle grinder at my parents house is kind of crappy, and we only have 3" wheels we were running through pretty fast.

Wasn't quite as easy as I was thinking it would be, but definitely not bad.

I started taping it off to cut quite a bit, then ended up just following the same line that drifto77 did and leaving that little lip there.

Crappy pics, but I'm sure everyones seen a million before/after trim shots by now.

Really gotta do the backs though now.

I'm thinking that should give me enough room for 33's if I ever get to do a bigger lift, but I'm sure if I ever got really ambitious and wanted to fit some 35's I might have to get a little more aggressive with the saw.

Cutting it up was fun though. I wish I had more of a shop and welder and stuff, I could see how that would be addictive.

So, with that Trimlok stuff, I didn't find anything on eBay, but on the actual Trimlok website they want you to buy it in at least like 250ft .

Where can I buy like....... 20 ft??

Did you try somewhere like O'Rilley's?

I scored some pretty cheep at a truck stop once. (door edge molding)
But it was really "cheep".
Been on for about 3 months now and has chanced color to like a chrome and all the clear plastic coating has or is peeling off.

Guess I need to find some more too.
