The short, my wife has a 2007 Chevy Equinox. I hate it.
Replaced EGR valve under warentee 3 times and front struts twice.
Stabilitrack and Traction controle shut off and say they need service everytime you start it. EGR is bad again. Low beams went out a while back so we have been using high beams with a little duct tape to not blind oncomers. Chevy doesnt know what all the problems are. Now the high beams are gone. So no headlights.
It was sugested to replace the BCM but after programing thats like a $400 guess.
TRaction controle/ Stabilitrack started actin up after I hit a puddle bout 18 months ago (atleast thats when i noticed)
Any suggestions?
Im tryin to avoid the shop as its an obvious money pit. I just need lights, was lookin for ideas before i just cut the besels and wire a switch.
