I dont have any smilies available in the Advanced reply screen under this member screen name, but I do under my other sponsor screen name...

Any sugestions?

How are people going to know I'm smashing my head into the keybaord if I cant use the "head smashing keaboard" smiley? lol

Got it.
The realated threads section at the bottom of the screen had the answer.

You need to go to your CP, go to Options, Scroll down near the bottom and changed the "Message Editor Interface" from Basic Editor to Standard or Enhanced
