No home internet

Had a really close lightning strike the other day, nuked my PC phone line & took out a 24" oak. :flame:

I have a service order in with the telco, but until that is addressed, got no home net.

I'll be more-or-less on duty 7-4 EST until further notice.

Ah shucks :dunno: it was just my surge suppressor that took one for the team... The telco checked us out and said all was good on the outside lines. I hooked up straight to the modem and everything is hunky-dory again.

Oh well, twas a nice three-day vacation from you E-humans. (and I just waded through a pile of catch-up work on the Membership side of things)
