No, the box only works cruise. It depends on which screw you turn. Read the box it is stamped as to what each screw controlls. Their should be a low speed (which will controll what speed you can engage cruise)
a high speed( which will controll how fast cruise will let you go)
and a SW speed( which will controll how hard the cruise will engage)
