The 36th Annual Corvette & High Performance Meet is coming up this weekend, February 6 & 7, 2010 at the Puyallup Fairgrounds. Roughly 7,500-10,000 people will be on hand to buy, sell, and trade new and used cars and parts at this 900+ booth automotive only swap meet. The show also features an invitational vehicle display for Corvettes and multi-make Musclecars. In conjunction with the Corvette & High Performance Meet is the Next Generation Automotive Exhibition. This Sunday only show contains fun things such as valve cover races and locally known pinstriper Bob Davidson.
The Next Generation Show caters to the "youngsters under 40" and is aimed at those still new, or just becoming interested in the automotive field, as well as those who have been involved for years. The indoor display includes several vehicles, which range from 1st hot rods, to father & son projects to works in progress, to just plain ole neat cars. There is no charge for the vehicle display, nor are there awards, just a good time! 1979 and older vehicles may be foreign or domestic, 1980 and newer, domestic only special interest. No for sale signs please.
$9 General Admission 9:30-4:00 Saturday, $7 General Admission 8:00-2:00 Sunday. Sunday admission includes admittance to Next Generation Automotive Exhibition. Free parking! Check out www.corvhp.com or call 360-786-8844 for vendor space or general information.
