Looks like me and Alexia and one more may try to go tomorrow afternoon, depending if I can get the water pump and thermo in without breaking anything else.

im sure ill check it out eventually.... $20 at an offroad park is a little high for these parts.

Gulches charges 20 bucks per vehicle and 5 per rider. It's cheaper than most other places I've been.

Live in Florida, we gladly pay $25 for 10a-5p at a small off road park in Ocala, FL and drive 3 hours to get there.

my dd jeep with ac running hovers a little above 210 all the time.

Same thing.....but wants to creep up when I stop or go over the mountain. I think my radiator is the culprit.

Every morning I have to go over Cecil Ashburn and its ok in the morning but the afternoon trip back over usually lets it creep up to 220-225 or so.

I just did a new water pump, 185 thermo, belt, 1" hood spacer, HD fan clutch.........I did break my fan shroud during this, so that probably doesn't help any. For the short term I am gonna hot wire the A/C fan in to a switch in the cabin, and flush the system again.

The rules for us are a work in progress. We are not a big corporate run business. We are a private property family run business. We are not the type of people to charge if your broke down on the mountain. We like to have fun like everyone else. I wouldn't worry so much about the rules. Again, those will be modified a lot over time as we learn what everyone wants. So be patient with us. We are here to try to please everyone. Hope you come and check out the trails. Please remember, we want your suggestions to make this a great park for everyone.

Ill try to post pix in the A.M......I didn't take that many because I was busy------->Driving.

All I can say is that the majority of the course and trails are on the side of a mountain overlooking the Paint Rock Valley, it was great.
