new headliner

Mine was dead soooo I recovered. Here are the pics. Oh and I installed and covered the interior light with map lights at the same time. My Jeep didn't have map lights stock so I added. And I am changing the interior color to a flat black hence my Jeep doesn't have all the trim installed

I fould the cloth at walmart. Basically I took out the headliner, removed old falling off material. Cut cloth to length, and used 3M spray adhesive(the good stuff for the heavy cloth) sprayed the piss out of it let sit for a few minutes and sprayed again thend bonded the cloth and backing together. Then let it sit face up for acouple days so the adhesive has tie to set good-n-tight. Then installed today.

Dude that's badass! I took the mossy oak duct tape, removed my black siding on the exterior/bottom of the door panels and got a little camo trim down there. But this is way cool...I want to do it now, the only problem is I have a perfect headliner, haha.

Also, how are you planning on painting the interior trim...just regular old spray paint, or something else?

1.wash all the plastic (to get grease and anything not wanting to be there off)then dry
2. use bulldog adhesive promoter(helps paint stay on the plastic better)
3. spray with a rattle can(spray can) I am using Ultra flat black camo by krylon(with fusion), for the soft stuff like the door panels I am using flat black vinyl paint
4. as far as the dash- I will be ordering a cover (dash matt)from work
