New guy from Indy

Winterfest this year will be held on March 7-8.

SOP is official trail rides in the morning and free-for-all in the afternoon both days.

Group picture will be after official runs on Saturday, I believe. It's normal after the picture to have an hour or two dedicated to an un-official event. WF12 was a tug-o-war. WF13 was Barbie Jeep races.

Thursday is a gathering of folks at Robie's for dinner. All are welcome.
Friday is the potluck dinner held in the campground.
Saturday is the catered dinner, awards ceremony and raffle at the VFW followed by a MWC style bonfire at the campground. It goes on until the last one drops. Even for an old fart, our President, Dan (Fore Wheeler) Wheeler, is dedicated to making it to top 3 survivors well after midnight.

Extra and warm clothes are highly recommended for the weekend. We have seen all sorts of weather at WF and never quite know what to expect to come out of the sky.


Come check it out. Winterfest is like a bag of Lay's chips. You can't have just one. Or maybe it's like Pringles. Once you pop, you just can't stop.

Well, as much as I loved the stock look. It was form vs function. I wheeled a little last week on some dirt hills here in Indy at a buddies place. The first good flex exploded the stock flares off. So had to cut the fenders. Hated to do it on such a good looking body, but it had to be done.
