Almost positive that I have read that guys replace those with regular bolts.
Going to have to Google around to be sure and find out what size though.

Really no reason not to replace them. They are a standard thread and size.
I have never had a problem using the torx, I even prefer them because the socket does not come off as easily when working with a long extension.

use the old ones if you dont plan on getting back in there.
I replaced mine for clearing a wrench more easily and for ease of removal. Just grab them from the hardware store.
