Need to borrow a PCM

Anyone of you folks in Colorado Springs have a PCM for 97-99 4.0L, Auto I can borrow for about 20-30 minutes this weekend? Having some PITA issues witht he heep and would like to swap in another PCM and see if it makes a difference. I just need to idle for a few minutes and drive around the block with it.

Frank, does it have to be auto (I understand there is still a seperate TCM??)... if not, I would be happy to drop by, since to date, I have nothing to offer for your situation but sympathy:sad1:

I'm pretty sure it has to be from an Auto equipped XJ.

If you can get ahold of Mark (Caged94XJ) and if he'd be willing to - he could bring one of my ECU's down when he goes to the build day in the morning.

Are jeep PCM's different. Every car I know of OBDII has to have it replaced and flashed.

As I understand it the PCM will cause the CEL to light up but will still function.
