Need one more roommate

Looking for a roommate in a 4 bedroom house. It is my buddy and I and thats it. Rent would be about 400 a month, including utilities. Maybe a little more some months, some less. No pets. Im going to have my dog with me. The location is 2001 Springfield dr. In west Ft. Collins about 1.5 miles away from campus. We are both 19, Im a full time student at CSU and He goes to Aims in Greeley. Both wheel. Big backyard. PM me with questions. would not mind at all. Its a one car garage with a driveway that would probably be reserved for whoever is working on their rig My buddy has a TJ. if you want, i can try to send you some pictures. pm me your email. That would be really cool. Just to warn you, we can be quite sociable, not real big parties, but maybe some get togethers every once in awhile. Big house. Washer and dryer would be provided. Rent is 980 for the whole house and that does not include utilities. He said it would probably be around 1100 or 1150 per month which works out to under 400 a month including utilities. Mile and a half from campus. Good biking distance. And Im in ME so that would be cool.

I think we might be thinking to keep the three people upstairs and leave downstairs for hanging out or studying. So there would be an extra bathroom. I dont know though.

I believe this is one of the upstairs bedrooms. They are all about the same size.

Any questions? Hopefully you are still interested.I think it would be great to have you in as a roommate. If you are really serious, maybe sometime soon, you could head up to foco with the parents or something, all three of us could meet, and give you a tour. I think the landlord wants to start the lease in July, may be able to talk him into halfway through. MAYBE August, maybe.

Since you are coming up here to party im guessing you would not be oppossed to drinking. Its not like we would have huge parties every week, but maybe some get togethers every once in awhile. Just wanted to make sure you arent real up tight about that kind of thing. There would be no smoking in the house either. I forgot to mention that.
