Can you guys look at this diagram I did for me, this is how I have it wired up and wanted to make sure I was correct. I have not put in the Durango alternator yet
I have a 1999 xj and want to upgrade alternator and wiring, can someone tell me what alternator I need? ( wanna do around a 160amp ) and I can't find nothing on the wiring either was hoping to purchase a kit from 5-90 but seems he's no longer around from the searches I have done!
So where can I get that braid covering in the last pic? That looks clean. At cat we just hammer crimp cables if we have to repair them, they seem to last a long time on heavy equipment. We also have a bolt cutter style crimper that works well. A crimper for a shop press would be nice and more professional. Any clue where to get those?
