Need help with hard drive transfer...

doesn't even show under HDD...

But under USB controllers it is recognized as a mass storage device...

but the damn thing won't show up in my computer.

No. It made that cute little Bing sound when I first plugged it in....and I cannot find it under any application what-so-ever.

I might just hand this one off to our in house computer geek (it guy) on monday.

I'm at a loss.
