Need help with a 4.0L ZJ

I know it's a ZJ but it's a 4.0L and this is the best place for info on the 4.0L. My buddy has a 97 ZJ that is having a stalling problem. It stalls out when it's cold but runs fine fine when it's warm. He took it to his mechanic and he thinks it's the computer and the problem is the post start up program. Here's what they've done and changed

Crankshaft sensor replaced
o2 sensors changed
air filter changed
2 "Re-learns" whatever the hell that is

Any idea what it could be?
