Need help diagnosing Death Wobble!!!!

I'm looking to see if there is any one in Ma/NE Ct with a lot a experience with DW & front end geometry that could help me diagnose my case of DW. After being gone for over a year it's back and I just don't have the knowledge to figure this out. If no one can help could you recommend a top notch shop that could do the work properly. I on vacation the 5th-8th if anyone is willing to take a look or reccommend a shop, I'll buy the lunch and beer etc.
