did his resignation have to do with tolerance? or lack of time and motivation? (which is what was stated as his reasoning in the members forum)

I am very happy to see so many from the MWC agreeing to run for the open BOD position. However, that splits the MWC vote. IMHO, I suggest that we take a straw vote (poll) to identify who is the best MWC representative. We can send than name in to remain in the running. Lets show them what we can accomplish as a bastard group!

I realize I may have made a mistake in nominating so many great people so quickly... I think I got a little too excited at the prospect of potentially balancing the power struggle, as it were, and acted too hastily. OTOH, I am so friggin' happy to see so many wonderful candidates step up to the challenge. Having had a day to think it over, I tend to agree w/ Bob & Tom (in the morning) that we should have a primary of sorts. No hard feelings, I hope? :kissyou:

I would be proud to have ANY of the canidates take my place. These are all fine people with only the clubs best interest at heart, no hidden agendas, no backdoor motives, no BS.

I say again, may the BEST one win.
