You've done a great job Doug!!! It looks great! I bet it will work as good as it looks!!!

PS. You too Matt.

dude i love the stance!!!

and that grill is really growing on me :)
it's turning out really nice.

did the tool work out for ya?

I'm glad the tires don't stick out way far from under the body. I think it looks super sharp as-is.

the fronts will stick out a little but not a lot... the wide waggy axle is about 63 wms to wms, a hare wider than stock cherokee but still narrow enough to not be a hinderance on wider trails.... the rear is really skinny, dont get me wrong i LOVE the isuzu 44 but my only beef is i had to run 2 inch wheel spacers to get it where its sitting now

the old girl in her new home in our parking lot...

some impressions, though i dont have it tagged and insured yet, i did take it for a spin around the complex and am VERY happy with how it drives. Its very snappy with 5.13 gears it feels like im driving a stock xj, the suspension rides very well and has very little body roll around turns. in the end the whole thing come together really well and the peices i was concerned with ended up being a non-issue. i need to grease all the joints really well and give it it a front end alignment, but other that that it runs and drives like a cadillac. the only major issue the the fenders need a good trimmin on and i need some pacers for the hiems in the steering to isolate the "roll".... other than that its a sweet ride i hope you guys enjoy the pics

Awesome man!! Are you glad that you kept it instead of selling?

i am, its done and save for some tweeking and additions (bumpers, winch mount and maybe beadlocks) im not really planning on changing it. Itll be our family and all weather rig. right now im more focused on buying some high quality tools, as i would like to be collecting parts to build a two seater transaxle buggy next year.

WOW!! You really did a great job on it. Can't wait to see it in action.
