Monstalining my jeep, would like opinions

Hi guys, I am starting a build on my XJ this weekend finally and I have a few questions about Monstalining it. I have heard good and bad opinions about spraying it vs rolling it. If I did decide to spray it, What is the minimum air compressor I could get away with? Ive heard that with a undercoating gun its not about psi but cfm. Part of me wants to just roll it for the ease of it, but I figured I would ask first what others thought.

Spray will be quicker, but prep work will take a lot longer.

As for the compressor as long as its not a dinky pancake one you should fine.

If youve never sprayed a car before id recommend just rolling. It will be a lot more forgiving.
