I signed up for paid membership about 3 weeks ago. I still can't get into members only area's. Do i need to do anything?

Hi. I've had a few joining members send in their apps and dues but not cite their forum screen name. I'm then stuck trying to match the info on the application with what they have provided in their forum account. In most cases I can figure it out, but I can't determine from you profile on here which member you might be .
