now, i know im supose to be paitent, and i am. but just cuious, i just filled out my app and payed by pay-pal sat. wondering what and how long to expect? i know people are buisy, just curious. am i expecting a e-mail wiht info or what?

Seriously, your confirmation will be when your name is in red. Give it a couple of weeks, then email the membership director. He process the new memberships in batches and I believe he's being quicker on them than he used to be.

is that like the watched pot never boils thing? but really, im not impaitent. i read somewhere up to 14 days, and read some old posts, so i went into it expecting to wait a bit. i was just cuious what to expect. looking forward to being a member, though!

I've got one: My membership went through alright after quite a while but i still haven't recieved my information packet that's to be mailed to my residence. whats the standard "timely manner" on that? it's gotta be a solid two months now since i originally signed up for my account.

Any info would be appreciated! Thanks guys..

Its been about 6 weeks for me.. still haven't received the info pack. My membership went thru after awhile. Sooner or later I know it will get here.

good deal... asked a week ago about my membership packet, it shows up in my mail yesterday. if i'd have known it was that easy, i would've asked for a Corona 6'er to go with it.

i guess im one of the lucky ones? took me around a week to get my name in red, and a bit less that 3 weeks to get my sticker. i must say, i was impresed. hope the best for you!!

I got my sticker and letter of welcome yesterday after joining in mid-November. I'm not complaining though, eh? Naw. I know it takes aboot two months by dogsled just the reach the Inuit village that is nearest to my igloo even. 'N even then its aboot a three week round trip by snowmobile for me to get my mail from the Inuit village, eh?

I really pity the sucker who laid my DSL line...
