mechanic in salinas?

93xj 4.0 ho 5 speed ..new to this board and xjs ..im lookin for any members around the salinas ,prunedale area that would b willing to help fix my xj before i take it to the stealership..just bought it two weeks ago and has been running good .it does have a little trouble starting but would always go after 3 time .today turned it off and would turn over but not all the way.have spark and took a fuel line off but it didnt seem like it had any preesure only a little gas barley dripped out .i coulnt hear the fuel pump going when i cycle it over,should i b able too?also read somethin about the crank positoner?

turn the key to the "on" position and listen for the pump in the the fuel tank...should come on for a few seconds....you should also hear your injectors briefly while they prime.
