Well I was hoping to get some more response on this. And be able to meet some NW XJ but as I see not a lot of talk on this oh well still hope that I could spread the word . SO IS ANY ONE PLANING ON COMING UP ??????????

Can't be there for the clean up. I was out there this past weekend and took home the usual garbage bag full of other people's trash. I must say it is looking better out there. The only real pile I saw was just before the rock garden on the Lake Isabel road/trail. Next time I'm out there I plan on taking a magnet to a few of the fire pits. Burning pallets in the middle of the road leaves a lot of nails.

There's a few people that want to convoy on PNWJeep, so I figured I'd post this here too. I was looking for an easy spot to meet and get on/off the freeway. Let's meet at the Winco Foods parking lot off the 212th exit. @ 7:45. Be there and ready to roll out immediately.

I'll be on my son's annual bike/hike Boy Scout event on Lopez island. I don't anticipate being home before around 2 or 3 p.m., so I'm 95% out.

The San Juans seem to have that "banana belt" thing going on, it's been if not sunny then at least partly overcast and pleasant the last 4 years we've done this outing. It will likely be my son's last one, since he's started his Eagle project and will be "done" with Scouting at it's completion. He should be done with his Eagle by sometime in June, have his Court Of Honor in Sept.
