Well, looks like my mind was made up for me. Even though the XJ is legal now, and doesn't need much work I don't think I'll be going. Things aren't going so well money wise and might be getting much worse later this week...

same. i need to change my gear lube, trim more on the front... ummm tighten stuff up in general. not much.

hell i'd rather have snow than ice! i won't be able to make it through either easily, but snow is softer and won't hurt as bad if i slip on it

use the 2 foot driving technique.... oh that's right. most of us have 5spds anyway hehe... 1 foot on the gas, one feathering the brake. locker improvise.

And makes lockers/limited slips even better. I do that with mine and usually don't even have to fully lock the front.

youre Jeep gets stupid amount of flex wich helps alot too

2 foot driving leads to blown spider gears, and a tow home.
