M&G Jan in Mass

yeah, i think that's gonna work. meet there around 830? would anyone that meets at the rest stop mind stopping at my place in amherst to put my tires on real quick? it's less than 3 or 4 minutes out of the way.

for everyone else, i know back roads from the trail to bub's...

you know any places near bubs with air?

if i can find the little $3 fitting i need to get my regulator hooked up to 1/4" NPT, i'll have nitrogen

Looks like ill meet up on the pike i guess. 830 in charlton? Mmmmm ill leave here around 7 or so. Its gunna be a blast with the snow!

hmm maybe. not offhand, i do know a place just outside of amherst, and another gas station next to bub's. don't know if the air is free there or not. if it's not free there, i know that the mobil station on rt 9 in hadley has free air, but that's a bit out of the way for people heading north.

kyle might have nitrogen OBA set up, xbobj i think does... not sure how effective that would be in filling everyone's tires though.

I have one of those portable 12 volt compressors from harbor freight. I duno if it's gonna fill up 48 tires but it'll take care of my Jeep and probly a couple others.

If no one has one, I just use my GPS and find the nearest gas station.

Driving a couple miles underinflated won't hurt much. I've done it a couple times at 12 psi for about 3-4 miles.

I just got home from Boston, holy crap is it cold up there.

Where was that gas station that we stopped last time? The one where 2 people from my home town randomly happened to be driving by and stopped in cause they recognized me?

I've driven around plenty on low PSI, as the beach down the street requires low PSI also.
I've actually driven home, from this trail to cape cod, with around 12-14PSI before.

boston's not that bad... still a full 10 degrees above zero there. Just dipped under the 0 mark here. Friday night, by 11pm it was -6 here :) quite comfy haha

aaaahhhhh. so the fitting i need would be a female 1/4" SAE 45 degree flare fitting to a 1/4" NPT, or any combination thereof. it's very difficult to find the female flare fitting that's not connected to another male fitting.

no its not thaat cold out in boston, but then again i wasnt outside for too long.

and btw stupid drunk friend of some girl prevented me from getting laid. daaaaaamn

boooo i've searched everywhere and can't find the fitting i need to get my regulator hooked up for OBA. it's not looking like i'll have air sadly, even though the tank is all bolted up in the trunk. i guess i'll have to order the damn thing online

that sucks. wouldn't be at sears, would it? i'll be there in awhile, i'll keep an eye out for it, however hopeless that may be haha.
