I pretty sure Canada does not publish 7.5" maps like those available of the US from the USGS. But the above website has 1:50,000 on-line and you can use that information to call in an order to one of the commercial map retailers for a paper map. I've not been to the North Shore of Superior but I've been around in back-coutry areas of Ontario on Lake Huron. The 1:50K maps are very good and will have most of the features you're looking for if you're going on a canoe/fishing trip in the Boundary-Waters area.

The provencial park should also have maps too. Try calling them as well.
