Looking for help

I'm new on this place. I'm looking for a write up on an 8.8 rear axle with disc swap. If anyone has a link or some advice on how to do this please help. I'm mainly concerned about the disc brake adapters like where to get them and what they consist of. Thanks!

find a late model 8.8 from an explorer, they already have rear disks
and heres a writeup on installing disks on the factory rear
