Hey guys. Hopefully it's cool that I post this here. My name is in RED, does that help? :laugh: Feel free to delete if needed...just thought I would throw it out here.
Our landlord has foreclosed on the condo we are renting and now the bank owns it. They would like us to move out which means we have roughly 90 days now to get out (FML). My girlfriend and I are looking for a new place but having some trouble because we have a big, bad, viscous pit-bull! :jester: Just kidding!! She's actually some mix we rescued from the shelter and is most likely a Catahoula/Am Staff mix, but everyone sees the round head and muscles and get's freaked out. She is literally one of the best tempered dogs you'll ever meet and is really just a 55lb lap dog -- No joke!
Anyways, if you know of any nice and clean rentals in the south bay that would be cool with a dog, let me know. We're looking for anything pretty much in the area north of South San Jose and South of Palo Alto. Looking to spend $1800 or less per month (may consider more for a great place). 2 bedroom preferred and a garage would be awesome. A more up to date place would be nice...I can't say that I am a fan of green or orange shag carpet and psychodelic wallpaper.
And a quick about us...
Me -- SJSU Undergrad Alumni and now a MBA student there. Solid employment record. Excellent credit (~750).
Girlfriend -- SJSU Undergrad Alumni and now a USF MPA student. Solid employment and ridiculous credit (think 800+).
Dog -- 2 years old and 55lbs. Lots of obedience training and some trick and agility classes as well. Crate trained, house broken, and really good with people and dogs.
Anyways, if you hear of anything or know of any nice apartments that might be cool with the dog hit me up here or on PM.
