i live in west longview(right on the west side of mint valley golf course) and we have never had a problem with crime. ive lived there for 20 years and it was a great place to grow up. there are a lot of nice houses...most with nice big yards. it really just depends on what your really looking for and what kind of price range your going to be in. if you really want to talk to someone that knows something my aunt owns the windemere real estate agency in town and i can give you her number. just send me a private message if you want it
