long arm almost done

well I just about finished my long arm. just have to cut off the old mounts. I used 2' of 1/4 angle that runs along the frame going under the crossmemeber. its welded to the unibody for strength. the rear attachment points are welded onto those than the rest I modeled after the clayton kit. pics are here http://s210.photobucket.com/albums/bb183/stoveguy/atriot:

It looks solid enough...I would say it'll hold up pretty well.

But good God man, is having long arms really worth having them hang down this much?

Well I did say just about done. I need to cut off old mounts IM gonna trim the new ones a little. and Im working out the details on a skid extending off the lower arms past the mounts. But again like the title says long arm almost done. than again when is anything on a jeep really done.:us:

looks good! but def get those mounted where theyre not GUARANTEED to hang up! But I envy your fab skills, any ones for that matter, as I have not made it that deep into Jeephood yet, haha.
