Local tire shop to mount new tires

Place that only speak spanish are the cheapest ;)

There is some I go to in El Monte

the mexican shops are great... but my local one couldnt do 33's... it became a big fiasco... ended up calling someone with a hf tire mounter...

so, does it depend on the machine they have? or temprement? what gives?

The ones I go to do 37s

a 33 cant be any bigger or harder than a 22" or 24" tire/wheel. haha

The local shop by me in Santa Ana did my 35" Baja's easy. They couldn't balance them though.

Here's the deal,I found 33x12.50x15 mtr's at onlinetires.com got $193 each with I can will call here in Certitos.I drove by sears and seem a big sign that said they will beat any price on tires so I went in and spoke to the manager and he said the best he can do is $235.After going back and forth about how the sign said ANY price not only local retail stores he agreed to give them to me for $202.It's kinds b.s. but screw it because Goodyear has a $80 rebate and Sears will double it if I put it on a Sears card so a total of $160 in rebates you can't beat that I will just pay the card off when I get the first bill. But if I can save on the instal I figure why not.

This little used tire shop in Bellflower has great prices and never had any problems mounting my 35's. Off of Lakewood a couple blocks south of Alondra.

If you wanted to come thru pasadena after work there is a place here called Island Tires. Its on colorado blvd near san gabriel. They charge $15 a tire.

Place on the corner of Orangethorpe and Placentia Ave that charges $5 to mount, $5 to balance and $5 to dismount. Cheapest I have found. I just had 4 31's mounted and balanced for $40.
