Line breaks

I noticed that between some of the forums, there is not that red, horizontal line break between the two forums.

For example, between the two forums 'Fall Fling 2009' and 'SierraFest 2009' there is no red horizontal line.

Not sure why, just thought you'd like a heads-up.

Both IE and FF at work had the same problem.
