Good luck you will have every haggler who is too cheap to buy a Harbor freight untit pitching you offers that make it hard to maintain a straight face ...or the guys offering you in trade the junk from their back yard they are to lazy to take to the junk yard or to cheap to pay the junk yard to take ...lol...I see this somming from experience ...you will get a better deal if you it use ding it up some and then sell it .

I finally took my phone # off the ad because I couldn't keep up with the "I'll give you $100 cash money today" text messages. One guy actually called me, got pissed that I wouldn't take $450. 5 minutes later his WIFE calls me pissed off because it was going to be his birthday present... Lol.

LOL. I remember when I was moving and couldn't take my 5x8 utility trailer with me, I listed it kind of cheap hoping to move it quick. Nobody wanted it. Finally I left it at a friends house and re-listed for $100-150 MORE. Sold it faster that way. I guess some people just wanted a $500 trailer they could get for $450 rather than a $500 trailer they could get for $300-350.

I know I, have a CL listing for $500 for 5 tires on wheels the spare is brand new on a new MRW extreme duty beadlock my bottom limit is $350 which is not listed on CL ,but I had two offers over Easter for about$100 and they wanted me to run them down to denver area ...lol...I did not maintain composure I broke out laughing ,and one guy got upset and threatened me with as whopp'n . I was asked by both $100 offer folks how I could wheel on Two sets of tires I said I can't but they will make good tire swings or meats to run when 4-wheel parts has cars to run over . They also are awesome to drive up onto with all 4 stacked on their side to show off my Jeeps flex to neighbors as they pass by . Besides they keep reminding me how good a set of 44s would look instead of these narrow 42 TSL I got now .

one guy freaked the F out on me. he wanted to track me down and beat me down for scamming.

It was a NEW never used generator. retail went around $800 I put $700 on the list and was willing to let go for $600 providing they come get it in my area. not my house was going to meet them at home depot parking lot.
I got this online for with shipping about $638
dude offers me $400 and says he's going to call the cops and report I stole it and was selling stolen goods? I have the sales ticket and everything for it. told him go for it. then he starts in with the tracking me down and beating my ass. and taking money from him to feed his kids? WTF so confused at this point what this guys problem is.

I spent 2 weeks with all kinds of low balls and people harassing me about this thing only to be talking to my neighbor about it and he goes hang on walks home comes back 10 min later with the full cash amount.

LOL...CL is bad but my worse experience was posting TWO brand new 38.14.50 SX on brand new wheels on Colorado 4x4 for I think $300 I posted this ad back in 2003 I was working 14-16 hr days with 2.5 hours travel time ,and one assclown who wnsered the ad wanting to buy them was given my phone number so he could contact , well my computer crashed so I had no contact with him until I fixed it two weeks later and when i did I was banned as a SCAMMER seems this rocket scientists was attempting to contact me via the message board and when he could not the only logical conclusion was that I was a thief ...lol...nevermind he had my home phone number which he never called , so i ended up selling the Two tires/wheels to a local for in bailey for $200 ...I had receipts as I bought these tires from 4wp just a couple months prior ...lol...I'm still I.P. banned from colorado 4x4 for absoulutely no reason other than that dumb shit calling me a scammer to the mods ...a scammer takes money from you or sells stolen goods , and does not give you $900 in wheel/tire for $300 with proof of legal purchase from a local retailer...lol...I have wanted to join that forum a couple times but can't B/C I was I.P . banned for life...oh well wish i could recall the guy who claimed that so I could put a 42 on his hood .
