Light Bars and lights

Any experience with Carr Rotate Light bars or Rudge Ridge bumper light?

I have 4 Hella 700 and the Carr bar offers the option to rotate down the lights. It's a good thing for me to avoid problems with the law and not break the lights entering to some garage.

The Rudge Ridge kit seems a good deal also but have no reference if they are good or not.

My mistake. I tried and didn't find. Most were 'This product has no reviews'. Even in Amazon.
